About BJT Software

A small studio building AI-native software — and teaching others how to do it.

What we do

BJT Software LLC is a Pacific Northwest studio specializing in AI-powered software. We work in three modes:

  • SaaS & AI products — internal and client-facing tools that turn modern AI into something you can ship and rely on.
  • Apps — seven shipped products on iOS and the web, from coaching tools to learning games. Every one of them is on the Apps page.
  • Courses & tutoring — practical training for builders who want to put AI to work, not just read about it.

Who's behind it

BJT Software was founded by Ben Templeton, a software engineer with twenty years of experience in client-side development across mobile, desktop, and web. After two decades shipping software for other people, the focus now is on building AI-native products from scratch — and bringing along the next generation of developers through tutoring and courses.

How we work

Small team. Real shipping cadence. Honest about what AI can and can't do. We use the tools we teach, eat our own dog food, and treat every app the same whether it's a kids' spelling game or a coach's playbook tool.
